Cards are issued in partnership with MasterCard International and operations are authorised in the United Kingdom in accordance with the EU Commission's Interpretive Communication on the Provision of Services (June 1997) following notification to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to offer financial services in the United Kingdom under the Banking Consolidation Directive 2000/12/EC.
